At Lola Monroe Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
